Symbion Pty Ltd and Cipla Australia Pty Ltd, following consultation with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, are recalling the above batches due to the risk of bottle grooves breaking off when opening the bottle, potentially resulting in a choking hazard for young children.

The batch number and expiry date is displayed on the side of the box and bottle.
