Two Additional Programs Launch on Guildcare NG

GuildCare NG partner pharmacies have more patient service and revenue opportunities with the addition of two new programs to Australia’s largest range of professional services. Introducing the New Look Health Check and New MedScreen Compliance Program – Pantoprazole.

In consultation with key GuildCare users we’ve improved the GuildCare NG Health Check to be tailorable to your pharmacy’s preferences and customisable to the needs of your patient.

The pop-up wizard program design includes guided dialogue support and indicative health measures – making the conducting of a health check quicker and easier, which helps you get your patients back on track to better health.

Health Check measures available include expanded lifestyle health indicators (smoking, diet and exercise), weight, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes risk (AUSDRISK) and mental health (K10).

Clinical Intervention opportunity* MedScreen Compliance: Pantoprazole is the newest of twelve MedScreen Compliance programs now available in GuildCare NG.

Like all GuildCare NG MedScreen Compliance programs, the Pantoprazole program targets non-adherent patients with a MedsIndex score of less than 70.

MedScreen Compliance programs provide a great way for pharmacists to engage with their patients and increase script uplift while improving the health of their patients through medication adherence.
