Scientists and Business leaders to reveal post-Covid roadmap to unleash new wave of collaborative research innovation

Media passes are now available for journalists and media outlets covering science, higher education, innovation, technology, and industry to virtually attend the Collaborate Innovate 2021 Conference starting on Oct 19-20 (with a second part to be held in person at Parliament House in Canberra in March).
The conference is presented by The Cooperative Research Centres Association, which will officially adopt its new name Cooperative Research Australia at the conference.

A conference highlight is the ‘fireside chat’ session with Mariana Mazzucato, who is a professor in the Economics of Innovation and Public Value at University College London (UCL), where she is Founding Director of the UCL Institute for Innovation & Public Purpose (IIPP). She advises policymakers around the world on innovation-led inclusive and sustainable growth. Professor Mariana Mazzucato has been named as one of the “three most important thinkers about innovation” by The New Republic, one of the 50 most creative people in business in 2020 by Fast Company, and one of the 25 leaders shaping the future of capitalism by WIRED.
