Perx Health and GuildLink to offer more support to patients with Parkinson’s Disease
Perx Health and GuildLink are excited to announce their first major partnership supporting Parkinson’s Disease management through improved medication adherence.
The partnership supports patients to form healthier medication habits and improve medication adherence by making a digital behaviour change program available across all GuildCare NG pharmacies.
With many patients failing to take their medications as prescribed, Perx uses in-app engaging gamification, memorable rewards and intrinsic challenges to boost patient adherence.
“Perx makes managing a complex treatment plan easier” says Scott Taylor co-founder of Perx Health.
This program is so much more than just a useful reminder. Existing Perx patients report the program, “gives me a reason to be excited”, “has literally change my life” and that “what used to be a chore or something to be embarrassed about, has become a happy part of my day”.
Perx’s digital behaviour change program has been implemented by leading global pharmaceutical companies, local health systems, and leading insurers to help drive better patient health outcomes.
The company is also currently running a randomised control trial with the University of Sydney to gather gold-standard clinical evidence to drive even more advancement in the future.
The future of patient engagement is here now with GuildLink and Perx. The referral program is available now on GuildCare NG.
