GuildCare Pharmacy of the Month – June 2016 – Capital Chemist Charnwood

For the team at Capital Chemist Charnwood, GuildCare has provided a platform to record what we do every day as pharmacists at the frontline of primary healthcare.

Without GuildCare many of our patient interactions wouldn’t be recorded.

It provides a tool for remuneration – for 6CPA, patient funded professional services and third party funded new to therapy and compliance programs. More importantly, it collates these interactions under the patient profile so we end up with a comprehensive, easily recorded medical history.

The team has been motivated to embrace GuildCare as an opportunity to enhance patient health outcomes, contribute to the viability of our community pharmacy, support professional development and prepare us for the eventual roll out of the electronic health record.
