LOCATIONS

In Australia, Budget can be found in every capital city, major rural centre and major airport so you’re never far from a pick-up point or friendly service. Vehicles can be collected and returned throughout a network of over 190 rental locations with around 60 located within the airport terminal avoiding the need to shuttle bus or transfer to an off-site satellite location.

Globally we operate in more than 120 countries with over 3,200 locations (including 825+ airports) giving us the ability to service your international travel requirements.

FLEET

Budget operates one of the most modern vehicle rental fleets in the world. We only source current model, brand new vehicles from the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers. This ensures the very latest fuel efficiency technology, emissions technology and safety features are offered to Budget’s customers.

Servicing and maintenance of the Budget fleet is conducted by qualified personnel in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines.

TOLLING PROGRAM

Paying tolls is easy with Budget. All of our vehicles come with an E-tag fitted which allows you to drive on any Australian toll road with peace of mind.

Billing is simple with tolls charged to your nominated credit card. Also, there are no fines or additional administration worries as you’ll only pay for the tolls you use plus a small administration fee.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

In the event of an immobilised vehicle, Budget Australia offers a 24 hour emergency roadside service by calling 1800 656 550 for prompt efficient emergency mobile assistance.
