Reckitt Benckiser lists with Pharmacy Click and Collect
To further support community pharmacies, Reckitt Benckiser will list seven brands with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia’s Pharmacy Click and Collect platform.
Retail experts continue to champion “omnichannel” retailing – where instore and online come together for customer convenience. As such, RB believes that customers and pharmacy can gain considerably through this initiative.
Tim Foster from RB states:
“As an innovative company, focussed on positive customer experiences, Reckitt Benckiser is proud to be supporting community pharmacies through the Pharmacy Click and Collect platform. We believe that a great digital experience includes a convenient online transaction coupled to a positive professional interaction in the pharmacy.”
Aaron D’Souza, pharmacist and General Manager of Pharmacy Click and Collect, adds that “over 1,075 Guild member pharmacies are now part of the network. With the addition of leading consumer brands like Nurofen, Veet, Durex, Strepsils, Dettol, Gaviscon and Scholl, pharmacies are well placed to serve digital customers with serious impact”.
The platform will see the RB brands list over the next few months and Guild members can activate their free membership at pharmacyclickandcollect.com.au.
